How to use: press play and adjust the volume until you can hear a tone quietly.

Adjust the frequency until you can hear the tone at the same pitch as the tinnitus you are experiencing (you may have to increase the volume as the frequency increases).

When the pitch matches the tinnitus, adjust the volume again til they are the same.

Adjust the phase control until the tinnitus is minumized.
